About the Role
As the Community Mobilizer you are the key link between the GROW Centre and the community. You will lead field outreach efforts to drive footfall and enrolments, helping local youth access skilling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily outreach planning and execution
- Spend half-day in field and half-day on tele-calling/follow-ups
- Conduct home visits for referrals from aspirants/alumni
- Build strong community network and engage local influencers
- Organize community meetings and awareness sessions
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in community outreach/field sales
- Good communication in local language
- Basic planning and coordination skills
- Disciplined and passionate about grassroots work
- Prior community or fieldwork (min. 6 months) preferred
