The Community mobiliser is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of the project activities in the selected PHCs. He/she would communicate with the block level and district level health departments to roll out the activities.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To communicate and work closely with PHC and local government health department to prepare micro plans for NCD screening Camps and Awareness drives.
Facilitate, Implement and conduct all PRANAA program activities by liaising with PHC team and facilitating Survey, Population based NCD Screening Camps, and Awareness activities
Responsible for the creation and preparation of all types of monitoring reports and digitization of the date at program level.
Ready to undertake other assignments, which may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Graduate in social, political, and human sciences, Experience in working with the government and knowledge about the rural health sector, Possession of good communication and documentation skills. Leadership quality and enthusiasm to achieve goals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kannada is required.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet (preferably Microsoft Access and Excel), and presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)
