Job Description
We seek an experienced Communication/ Marketing Ops Specialist. You ll apply your laser-focused analytical skills to help us develop smooth and effective marketing processes and reporting systems that provide key insights to help drive decision making.
Key Responsibilities include - Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral
- Need to work on Google Slides
- Creating newsletter that goes every 2 months
- Sending all the email communication
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media
- Conduct email marketing activity for events and exhibitions
- Coordinate and communicate with other team members
- Promoting our products and services during pre and post event
- Distribution print media to customer/prospects
- Execute publicity and PR activities, write contents
- Writing/editing technical article, product information
- Min Graduate
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Previous experience as a marketing communication or similar position necessary
- Strong knowledge of content development and content writing
- Should have knowledge of using social media marketing
- Good network of PR and media contacts
- Creative mindset with liking for graphics, technical product marketing
- Good teamwork skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
