• Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, grooming, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, complete assigned tasks, and report issues promptly.
• Support team members during peak operations and special guest requirements.
• Handle resources responsibly and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies while achieving operational excellence.
