Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Commercial Head (CA-qualified) professional to lead the organization s commercial, financial, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial management, commercial operations, strategic sourcing, and business development to drive profitability, efficiency, and compliance across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Control

Oversee all accounting, auditing, and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Manage taxation, treasury operations, and forex management to optimize financial efficiency.
Drive financial control initiatives ensuring effective utilization of resources and cost optimization.

2. Commercial Operations

Lead the commercial function covering procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract management.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, price management policies, and bid management processes.
Oversee pre-sales lifecycle management including pricing, commercial negotiations, and risk evaluation.
Implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs to enhance business margins.

3. Business Development & Strategic Leadership

Partner with senior management to support business growth, commercial negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
Drive initiatives related to business expansion, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
Ensure alignment of commercial strategy with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

4. Governance & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, audit requirements, and internal control policies.
Lead risk management practices across financial and commercial domains.
Maintain transparency and integrity in all commercial transactions and partnerships.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Proven leadership experience in commercial and financial domains
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning
Expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Management
Hands-on experience in Contract Management, Price Management, and Bid Processes
Proficiency in Budgeting, Cost Control, and Variance Analysis
Excellent business acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience in Treasury and Forex Operations
