Job Description
- Providing inputs to the Sales Department of applicable Taxes & Duties and the tentative cost of applicable Insurances, Bank Guarantees, Labour License, etc.
- Initial Cash Flow of Project.as per the defined Payment Terms in the Tender.
- Risk Assessment/Risk Sheet.
- Knowledge of GAP Analysis Report.
- Ensure proper cost controlling and review mechanisms with all internal stakeholders.
- Monitor working capital, billing, collections, compliance, BG, LCs, Bond management, hedging, etc.
- Prepare an estimate of planned vs. actual cost, and compile Cost Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports for cost review meetings with the Steering Committee and management
- Supervise the billing staff to ensure accuracy & efficiency in the preparation of Customer Invoices.
- Ensure that payments received from the customers are allocated properly and within the time frame as defined in the contract.
