Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Delinquency Tracking & Monitoring: Regularly review borrower accounts to identify missed EMIs, delayed payments, and accounts nearing Non-Performing Asset (NPA) status.
- Borrower Outreach & Follow-up: Reach out to defaulting customers via phone calls, SMS, and field visits to remind them of their outstanding obligations.
- Payment Negotiation: Assess the borrower's financial situation to negotiate feasible repayment schedules, settlements, or restructuring plans while protecting the NBFC's financial health.
