Role & responsibilities
Travel to a borrower's home or business address to trace defaulters and discuss repayment
Make daily phone calls, send reminders, and deliver formal demand notices.
Assist in coordinating asset seizures or repossession processes when required. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Propose realistic payment plans, loan restructuring options, or one-time settlements
Meet monthly or quarterly recovery metrics to lower the organization's bad debt ratio
