Job Description
This isn't a typical Lead Business Analyst role. You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, an opportunity few roles offer. You will translate complex business objectives into actionable insights, leveraging data to uncover user behavior through cohort and funnel analysis. By bridging the gap between data and business strategy, you will enable informed product and growth decisions with strong analytical rigor.
Responsibilities :
- Providing Analytical recommendations to influence our product, marketing, and strategy.
- Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses. Build and deploy machine learning models wherever necessary.
- Finding insights that influence decisions (products/features), spanning from early data explorations about user behavior to multivariate experiments and optimizations.
- Providing user insights through data: cohort analysis, user segmentation, funnels, and behavioral analyses in partnership with growth, product, engineering, and UX.

- Providing user insights through data: cohort analysis, user segmentation, funnels, and behavioral analyses in partnership with growth, product, engineering, and UX.
- You will be leading a team as well as contributing as an IC to some projects and hence are expected to have.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role with Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data manipulation and automation.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs.
- Must have hands-on experience with product analytics and BI tools like MixPanel Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience in Business Process improvement, Mentorship and Project management experience.
