Position purpose

Provide end to end application support and Linux infrastructure operations, leveraging DevOps practices (Ansible, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, ELK monitoring) to ensure reliable, scalable services while driving continuous improvement and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Direct responsibilities

• Support application enhancement activities to improve overall system performance and functionality.
• Implement technical changes in the application to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Leverage DevOps tools and best practices to streamline technical workflows, automate processes, and enhance overall system reliability and scalability.
• Drive technical coordination and support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Ensure delivery timelines are met while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Technical & Behavioral competencies

• 5-6 years of professional working experience in Devops practice and Linux operations, hands-on experience in application support, monitoring and operational enhancements.
• DevOps Practice git lab CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Ansible and other DevOps collaboration platform & Linux.
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as service IaC, Kubernetes as service KaaS
• Internet & Intranet architecture Understanding about Load balancer, Nginx, Proxy, SSL certificates
• Working knowledge of ELK Stack (open-source centralized logging and observability platform)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure and monitoring provisioning tools
• Application monitoring and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in log monitoring, dashboard creation, and alert setup
• Proficient in analytical skills
• Excellent oral and writing communication skills

Specific qualifications

• 5 - 6 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Other Skills:

- Agile methodology exposure

- Knowledge of banking products is a nice to have

- Proactive mindset

Education Level: Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
