About the job:
We at Coforge are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, DevOps processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators.
- Manage executive stakeholders, SteerCo governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs.
- Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2010/2013/2015/Online.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and managed services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
