Employee Relations and Workplace Environment across multiple units
Benchmarking of welfare and ER practices
Build internal Human Rights capability through training and awareness
Strenthening ER complaince framework
Digitalization and Standardization of ER tools and processes
ER Capability Building and Excellence
Preferred candidate profile
3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup. This is a CoE role responsible for ER compliance across multiple plants, hence experience of handling multiple units will be an added advantage.
