Job Description
Responsibility of delivering Battery Project for L1, L3 and L5 with VAVE and low-cost solution, alternate source development
Key Responsibilities:
Should have expertise on LI cell configuration, cell stacking, Battery pack design
Fuel cell development as an alternate source to LI
BMS hardware, Software design & testing
VAVE Implementation, CRE proposal
Lab level development for inhouse battery pack testing.
Patent/IPR in Battery & BMS Design If any.
Alternate source development
Should have knowledge about ZBC/Battery Mfg and EOL process.
Body electronics Integration of BMS with controller and Cluster
Warranty and Field issue resolution along with service team and suppliers
Staff Reporting:
Director R&D
Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Required :
Battery Pack design
BMS Software and hardware design.
VAVE and CRE proposal
Warranty & field issue resolution
Inhouse testing facility preparation
Qualifications:
BE/B Tech PG Mechanical & Electrical
