Must-Haves :

- Strong Computer Science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and Problem Solving.

- 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

- Proven experience working in product-based companies, SaaS platforms, fintech products, or high-scale consumer internet businesses.

- Strong track record of designing, building, and owning production-grade backend systems used by large customer bases.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, caching technologies, and messaging platforms.
