What you'll do:

- Drive business growth and revenue generation.

- Build strategic relationships with customers and partners.

- Identify new markets, opportunities, and growth initiatives.

- Develop and lead high-performing sales and business development teams.

- Work closely with the founder on company strategy, expansion, and execution.

- Help build a scalable, high-performance organization.

Who we're looking for:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, or commercial leadership.

- A track record of building revenue, winning customers, or scaling businesses.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make decisions.

- Someone who enjoys creating, building, and solving problems rather than simply managing processes.

- Industry experience is welcome from technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, fintech, logistics, professional services, or any B2B business.
