Position: Cluster Manager Health Agency
Location: Guwahati
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through the Agency Channel
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers and advisors
Recruit and activate agency partners to expand the distribution network
Achieve business targets and drive productivity across the cluster
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
510 years of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in the Agency Channel
Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills
Industry: Health Insurance
