We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple centres within a region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and student success.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region . He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centres. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centres achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Business Growth & Revenue

? Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.

? Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.

? Operations & Service Quality

? Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.

? Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantu's brand promise.

? Team Leadership

? Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.

? Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.

? Market Expansion & Local Engagement

? Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.

? Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.

? Marketing & Outreach

? Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.

? Performance Management

? Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.

? Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.

? Compliance & Process Adherence

? Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

? 812 years of experience in business operations, sales, or center management (experience in Education/EdTech )

? Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units , 3-4 Branches .

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

? Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).
