Cluster Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
• Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Diploma/Degree /Food & Beverage Production Certificate.
• Experience: 8+ years, currently working as a Sous Chef in a star hotel or as a Head Chef/Area Chef/Executive Chef in QSR chains.
• Cuisine Expertise: Must have experience in Indian and Chinese cuisines.
