Club Manager

Role & responsibilities

Clubhouse Operations

• Manage the overall operations of the clubhouse, sports facilities, and recreational amenities.
• Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained, and fully operational.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clubhouse management.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and external vendors for seamless operations.

Sports & Recreation management

• Plan, organize, and supervise sports, fitness, and recreational activities for residents.
• Manage sports facilities such as gym, swimming pool, badminton, tennis, squash, basketball, cricket, and other recreational areas.
• Coordinate coaching programs, tournaments, leagues, and seasonal events.
• Ensure sports equipment is maintained and replaced as required.

Resident Engagement

• Build strong relationships with residents and address their queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Organize community events, cultural programs, wellness initiatives, and children's activities.
• Drive resident participation through innovative engagement programs.

Team Management

• Supervise clubhouse staff including reception, coaches, trainers, housekeeping, and support staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct training to ensure high service standards.

Administration & Compliance

• Manage memberships, bookings, facility schedules, and event calendars.
• Maintain records, reports, inventories, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and operational expenses.
