Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js)

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (60%) and React.js (40%) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI implementation, and end-to-end system optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work on microservices architecture, API integrations, and distributed systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment processes.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML, CSS (Tailwind, Material UI, CSS-in-JS).
- Expertise in REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and API integrations.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka) and API gateways.
- Knowledge of Redux/Context API and modern frontend tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures and performance optimization.
Good to Have :
- Exposure to GraphQL.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts.
- Domain experience in Banking or Retail.
Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
