About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled CloudSecurity Engineer to join our engineering and security operations team for the Amdocs (AXL) Project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CloudFlare & CloudSecurity domain along with knowledge on integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

This role offers an opportunity to work with modern CloudSecurity, EDR & DevSecOps toolchains, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and security automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system security posture and deployment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Cloudflare Security Operations
  • Monitor and manage Cloudflare services including WAF, DDoS Protection, CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS, Rate Limiting, Bot Management, and Access policies.
  • Perform L1/L2 operational support for Cloudflare security incidents and service requests.
  • Analyze security alerts, logs, and events generated from Cloudflare dashboards and reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot website accessibility, DNS resolution, SSL certificate, and traffic-routing issues.
  • Support onboarding and configuration of applications onto Cloudflare platform.
  • Implement and maintain WAF rules, firewall policies, custom rules, and rate-limiting configurations.
  • Validate and deploy approved security changes following change management processes.
  • Perform health checks and ensure service availability of protected applications.
  • Coordinate with Cloudflare support teams for issue resolution and escalations.
  • Configurations related to CloudFlare - Rate limiting, zone lockdowns, dns etc.
  • Assist in vulnerability management activities including tracking remediation efforts.
  • Participate in periodic security audits, access reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Deploy and manage CI/CD environments using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Rancher, and Kubernetes.
  • Participate in change implementation and post-change validation activities.

Technical Skills Required Category Tools / Skills CloudFlare Excellent understanding on Cloudflare services (Rate limiting, zone lockdowns, WAF, CDN, DNS, DDoS Protection, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust concepts,) Cloud platform Tencent Cloudflare Enterprise platform Should have fair understanding of it Image Scanning Sysdig Inline Scan Vulnerability management and remediation Image fixing, updating workloads, packages as per Sysdig recommendations Cloud Platforms Tencent (preferred) / AWS CI/CD Tools Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Rancher Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CloudFlare, EDR, DevSecOps, Vulnerability management, DevOps, or Security Automation.
  • Strong understanding of security scanning, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Good knowledge of cloud security principles.
