We are looking for a talented Cloud Security Engineer Security Operations to take charge of vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response across our multi-cloud environments. In this role, you will be a key driver in securing our cloud infrastructure, collaborating closely with cloud engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and resilient cloud ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead cloud vulnerability management programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP


- Perform routine vulnerability scans using cloud-native and third-party security tools such as AWS Inspector, Azure Security Center, and Prisma Cloud


- Analyze vulnerability findings and prioritize remediation based on risk severity and business impact


- Partner with cloud engineering and DevOps teams to deploy patches, security fixes, and configuration improvements


- Continuously monitor cloud environments for suspicious activity and potential security breaches


- Lead cloud security incident response, including containment, investigation, and recovery


- Develop, maintain, and enhance cloud security policies, procedures, and response playbooks


- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance frameworks including CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements


- Generate regular reports on vulnerability trends, risk posture, and remediation progress


- Stay updated on emerging cloud threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies


Experience & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field


- Minimum of 5 years experience in cloud security, vulnerability management (Qualys, Nessus, Tenable), or incident response


- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)


- Hands-on experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Inspector, Azure Defender, Prisma Cloud, or similar platforms


- Experience working with SIEM and monitoring solutions including Splunk, Azure Sentinel, and AWS CloudTrail


- Relevant certifications preferred (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CCSP, etc.)


- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities


Additional Skills (Preferred) :


- Experience with container security technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker


- Knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks and audit practices


- Familiarity with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible


- Strong understanding of cloud IAM best practices
