• Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks associated with cloud projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor and address issues to keep the project on track
• Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
• Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
• Stakeholder Communication:Establish clear communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and end-users
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and milestone achievements
