Develop and implement SharePoint Online solutions aligned with business needs within the Cissharepoint skill cluster family Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems Ensure governance compliance and security standards are maintained across SharePoint Online environments Monitor and optimize performance availability and scalability of SharePoint Online services Maintain documentation for SharePoint Online architecture configurations and operational procedures Stay updated with latest SharePoint Online features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement Provide technical expertise and support for SharePoint Online to enhance collaboration and productivity
Roles and Responsibilities
Design deploy and manage SharePoint Online sites libraries and workflows Lead SharePoint Online migrations upgrades and largescale deployments Configure access controls security settings and compliance audits to safeguard SharePoint data Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online issues to ensure uninterrupted service Conduct user training sessions and develop communication plans to drive adoption of SharePoint Online tools Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce policies and risk management related to SharePoint Online Liaise with vendors and evaluate new SharePoint technologies for potential integration Mentor junior SharePoint team members and foster a culture of innovation within the SharePoint team
