- Experience: 6+yrs
Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
- Support applications developed using AZURE | AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Postgress SQL.
- Support serverless applications & RESTful APIs developed using Azure | AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda and Step Functions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS services such as CloudWatch and X-Ray.
- Understanding of security best practices for AWS services such as IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
- Understanding and experience supporting automated backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS services such as EBS and S3.
- Experience working on AWS Batch, Param Store, Secrets Manager.
- Prior exposure working on Service Now – Incidents, Problems & Service Requests. Should have experience working on Production Support projects.
- Should be able to handle manual workarounds and document Standard Operating Procedures.
