Required Skills:

• Azure/AWS/GCP (any one mandatory),
• SaaS application support, cloud operations,
• CI/CD pipelines, Python/Bash/PowerShell, Terraform,
• Ansible, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker,
• Helm, cloud migration,
• application upgrades,
• production support, monitoring, logging, performance troubleshooting

Must have:

• Strong experience with Azure/AWS/GCP (any one mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in SaaS application support and cloud operations
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
• Experience with Terraform / Ansible / automation tools
• Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) and containerization (Docker, Helm)
• Experience in application upgrades, cloud migration, and production support
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure production environments

Good to have:

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
• Experience with databases (Postgres, SQL) for basic troubleshooting
• Exposure to Logic Apps / workflow automation
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile practices
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination
• Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator / Azure DevOps / AWS SysOps / Kubernetes (CKA)
