IT operations

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, network, and security systems.
• Handling a large setup of Datacenter, Disaster Recovery site. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters
• Having skills in handling production environment with necessary tools.
• Should have strong skills on Server management and OS like Windows, Linux
• Having strong skills in managing Private and Public Cloud infrastructure management with optimization on resources.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable.
• Strong skills on managing Database like Oracle, MS SQl and fine tuning, clustering etc.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management and security to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology.
• Establishes reliable & secure networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain policies to protect the network from external and internal threats.
• Having Knowledge on firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and web filtering proxies.
• Analyze failure logs and do the detailed analysis for the RCA
• Monitoring performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to ensure high availability and optimal user experience.

Requirements:-

• Master degree in computer science
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
