Cloud Architect - ITIL + AWS + OCI

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Cloud Architect with strong expertise in AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), combined with a solid foundation in IT Infrastructure and ITIL frameworks. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade cloud solutions that ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture & IT Infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management).

- Hands-on expertise in AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Experience with hybrid cloud and migration projects.

- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).

- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITIL Certification (Foundation/Intermediate/Expert).

- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, OCI Architect).

- Experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Enterprise IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions across AWS and OCI.

- Lead IT infrastructure modernization initiatives (compute, storage, networking).

- Define governance, compliance, and operational processes in line with ITIL best practices.

- Drive cloud migration strategies from on-premises to AWS/OCI hybrid environments.

- Implement automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud adoption with business goals.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
