Job Summary:
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Closing Sales is responsible for converting qualified prospects into customers by managing the complete sales closure process for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires effective client handling, negotiation, relationship management, documentation coordination, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Conversion & Closure:
- Manage leads generated through walk-ins, digital campaigns, channel partners, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and value propositions effectively.
- Conduct site visits and project demonstrations to facilitate decision-making.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert prospective buyers into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, site visits, and pending closures.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate project-related information.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
3. Documentation & Coordination:
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for booking formalities and agreement execution.
- Ensure collection of booking amounts, KYC documents, and required customer information.
- Support customers in understanding payment schedules and financial processes.
- Track documentation status and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Stay updated on project inventory, pricing revisions, and promotional offers.
5. Reporting & MIS:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/SFDC systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in real estate closing sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful deal closures
