Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators and site staff.
Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.
Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of site-related issues or concerns.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Experience with clinical trial conduct, including protocol development and site management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Fluency in Punjabi is required.
