Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trials and studies.
Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, sites, and other stakeholders.
Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures.
Review and approve site documentation, including protocols, case report forms, and investigational reports.
Ensure timely resolution of site-related issues and queries.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Experience in conducting site monitoring visits and managing clinical trial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including electronic data capture systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
