Clinical Research Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investigators, data managers, and medical writers.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of study progress and results.
• Manage and resolve issues related to study conduct, data quality, or patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study activities and participants.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other relevant software tools.
