We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement data management plans, including data capture, validation, and reporting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing.
Conduct quality control checks on clinical data to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies.
Develop and maintain databases and systems for managing clinical data, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide training and support to staff members on clinical data management best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data management and analysis.
