Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Compliance Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical compliance.
Roles and Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Review and approve clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
- Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to staff members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
- Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
