Role Overview:
Proactive, organized individual to support client requirements, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and production teams.
Key Roles:
1. Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
2. Understand briefs and convert them into tasks.
3. Prepare quotations, schedules, and updates.
4. Follow up for approvals, artwork, and timelines.
5. Maintain trackers and reports.
6. Assist in meetings, presentations, and site visits.
7. Ensure timely, quality project delivery.
8. Contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication & organization.
2. Branding/design understanding preferred.
