Position: Client Servicing - Executive/Sr.Executive

Location: Chennai

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing customers by building strong relationships.
• Ensure timely subscription renewals and improve customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and deliver a seamless service experience while achieving renewal and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 1-4years of experience in customer service, retention, renewals, account management, or sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
