Job Description
Role Summary:
Fractal is looking for a senior Client Partner to lead and scale a large Healthcare portfolio from an offshore base, with strong focus on payer and provider clients. This leader will own a portfolio of approximately $40M and be expected to drive 50% year-over-year growth while protecting delivery quality, client trust, and long-term account profitability.
The role calls for a domain-led operator who has been hands-on in earlier parts of their career and can now work as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. The person should combine deep healthcare understanding with strong solutioning, commercial judgment, delivery leadership, and people development. This is not a pure relationship role. It requires someone who can connect client context, business problems, analytics and AI opportunities, delivery execution, and scalable growth.
What Success Looks Like - Own, manage, and grow a Healthcare portfolio of approximately $40M with clear accountability for revenue growth, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across payer and provider organizations.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, shape business cases, and convert them into scalable analytics, AI, data, and technology engagements.
- Ensure seamless delivery across programs by working closely with consulting, data science, engineering, product, and delivery leaders.
- Build and groom the next layer of leaders across account management, solutioning, and delivery.
- Serve as the overall account leader for a strategic Healthcare portfolio spanning payer and provider clients.
- Act as a trusted partner to client executives by understanding their priorities, operating challenges, transformation agenda, and decision-making context.
- Build senior relationships that strengthen Fractal s position as a long-term strategic partner, not just a delivery vendor.
- Own governance rhythms with clients and internal teams to track business outcomes, account health, delivery risks, and growth opportunities.
- Drive portfolio growth with explicit accountability for 50% year-over-year expansion across existing accounts and adjacent opportunities.
- Lead account planning, whitespace mapping, pipeline development, and conversion of strategic opportunities.
- Partner with sales, consulting, and capability teams on proposals, RFPs, solution shaping, pricing discussions, and executive presentations.
- Bring a strong point of view on how analytics, AI, GenAI, data, and digital solutions can solve payer and provider business problems.
- Use deep payer and provider domain experience to frame client problems, challenge assumptions, and shape practical solutions.
- Lead business discovery discussions and connect business needs to scalable solution approaches.
- Guide teams on operating models, process flows, data opportunities, and transformation priorities across healthcare functions.
- Contribute actively to solution design, especially in complex pursuits or strategic programs where business context and execution judgment matter.
- Ensure seamless delivery across multiple engagements, with strong focus on quality, timeliness, value realization, and client experience.
- Work with delivery leaders to resolve risks early, remove bottlenecks, and maintain strong execution discipline.
- Champion governance, KPI tracking, delivery reviews, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Co-own delivery quality and account outcomes, including relationship health and NPS.
- Build, mentor, and groom the next layer of leaders across consulting, account management, and delivery.
- Create clarity on roles, decision rights, and career paths for team members within the portfolio.
- Develop a strong bench of future leaders who can independently manage clients, solutioning, and delivery responsibilities.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and bring the best of Fractal s capabilities to clients.
- 15-20 years of overall experience, with most of that experience in Healthcare and some in consulting, analytics, data, digital, or technology-led transformation roles.
- Deep domain experience across US healthcare, especially payer and provider business models, operational processes, and transformation opportunities.
- Track record of managing large, complex client portfolios and leading multi-workstream delivery environments.
- Prior hands-on experience in analytics, solutioning, consulting, program leadership, or business transformation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in presales, sales solutioning, proposal development, and converting strategic opportunities.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen with clear understanding of revenue, margin, portfolio planning, and scalable growth.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity, move fast, and make sound decisions in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to influence both client executives and internal capability leaders.
- High ownership mindset, with ability to balance client success, people development, and business outcomes.
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Master s degree in business, healthcare, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Preferred locations are Mumbai or Bangalore.
