Job Description
- 3D Modeling & Detail Extrusion Resolving inter-discipline clashes with piping, electrical, and mechanical equipment using the SP3D review environment. supports.
- Drawing Extraction: Extracting 2D fabrication and general arrangement (GA) drawings from the 3D model.
- Coordination & Clashing: Resolving inter-discipline clashes with piping, electrical, and mechanical equipment using the SP3D review environment.
- Code Compliance: Working with global engineering standards (American, British, and Euro codes) relevant to Indian and international projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, or an ITI/equivalent with 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer sectors.
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in SP3D (Smart 3D) is essential. Working knowledge of associated tools like AVEVA E3D / PDMS and AutoCAD is often required.
- Engineering Background: Ability to read inputs from civil engineers (like STAAD.Pro or SACS reports) and translate them into actionable 3D models and structural drafts.
