Civil Lead - Projects, AM/DM - Bidar

Key Responsibilities

• To enforce safety policy & regulations at projects department.
• To ensure compliance of engineering SOPs and other SOP as per quality system.
• To coordinate with external agencies and contractors for day to day work.
• To maintain the documents as per cGMP & GDP.
• To maintain housekeeping at work place.
• To upkeep & maintain utility & process pipe lines color code, etc.
• To upkeep & maintain facility painting, pipelines painting & structure painting.
• Performing joint measurements and certifying the invoice of contractors.
• Coordinating day to day activities with production and other user department to ensure all activities are executed within agreed timelines and as per requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance request are closed and documented as per SAI procedures.
• Responsible for day to day site Civil works like Masonry, carpentry, plumbing works, clean Room painting and flooring, clean room partitions, exterior works, non-clean room interior Works and plumbing works.
• Execute civil projects as per scope & specifications, monitor quality check during,Construction and certify quantities as per site measurement.
• Providing cost estimations, comparisons for various types of civil works.
• Attend training sessions on cGMP, SAI procedures/policies, Regulatory, latest Technical &Industrial developments related to engineering.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Manager.
