A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications
You will engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency
Your role will also include reviewing existing applications to identify areas for improvement and innovation, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Security, Microsoft Active Directory, Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing virtual application environments
- Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full time education is required
