Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler ADC, Citrix Cloud, and Azure environments. Administer VDI infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, automate tasks using PowerShell, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
Job Requirements : 5-10 years of experience in Citrix, Azure, and NetScaler administration in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in VDI, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, virtualization technologies (Nutanix/VMware), networking fundamentals, and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
