Hiring for Citrix Admin- Bangalore
Candidate needs to have strong background in Citrix, Desktop Delivery Controllers (DDCs), VMWARE, ESXi, Windows Operating Systems, DAAS, WEM and Azure cloud.All aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrade, and maintenance of all production Citrix systems.Vendor Coordination with Service provider OEMHandling all Types of Incidents, Change Requests, Requests and Problem RecordsExperienced with deployment of servers utilizing PVS and/or MCS in a virtual environmentDrives problems to root cause through partnership with Vendor and other teams, ensuring knowledge is captured for future events.Documents and tracks hardware and software configuration, migration, testing and deployment solutions so that we can always have updated SOPsPatch Management: Stay current with Citrix updates and patches, and implement a patch management strategy to keep the environment secure and up-to-date
