Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to drive Business Loan (BL) sourcing and achieve business objectives.
- Develop, mentor, and strengthen relationships with DSA partners to ensure consistent business generation and high-value customer acquisition.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales, sourcing, and disbursement targets while maintaining productivity.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve business growth and partner engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies, compliance standards, and portfolio quality across the team.
