CIAM Lead Engineer

Duties Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals.
• Platform Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting identity-related issues and platform challenges.
• Documentation Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access initiatives.
• Security Stability: Ensure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant.
• Standards-Based Approach: Implement scalable identity solutions leveraging industry standards and frameworks.

Requirements Basic Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern IAM platforms such as Ping AIC, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint
• Strong understanding of standards based architecture (OIDC), Access Management, and deploying cloud based SaaS solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create SOPs, wireframes, and technical documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex identity and platform issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale IAM transformations.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
