CHW & PCW Operator

The CHW & PCW Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Chilled Water (CHW) and Process Cooling Water (PCW) systems to ensure uninterrupted cooling supply for plant operations. The role includes monitoring system parameters, performing routine inspections, and ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CHW & PCW systems including pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and pipelines
  
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow parameters regularly
  
• Maintain daily log sheets and operational records
  
• Ensure proper functioning of valves, motors, and associated equipment
  
• Perform routine preventive maintenance activities
  
• Identify and report system abnormalities or breakdowns
  
• Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs
  
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to SOPs
  
• Maintain proper water levels and system efficiency
