Role & responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Cook authentic Chinese dishes using high-heat woks, steamers, and specialized tools.
• Menu Planning: Design regular and seasonal menus, balancing taste, texture, and visual appeal.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, manage shift operations, and control food waste and inventory costs.
• Quality & Safety: Check ingredient freshness and enforce local health and sanitation regulations.
