About the Role

This is the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

As we expand our customer footprint in the US and global markets, we are looking for a forward-looking, customer-facing CTO who can help shape our technology vision, strengthen executive customer relationships, elevate strategic consulting capabilities, and position Clarion as a modern engineering and AI transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Technology Strategy

• Help shape Clarion's AI-enabled technology vision and modern engineering strategy aligned with evolving market trends and customer needs
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices, intelligent automation, developer productivity acceleration, and modern SDLC transformation approaches
• Guide technology direction across cloud-native engineering, platform modernization, DevOps, data platforms, and AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Contribute to future-focused innovation initiatives, reusable accelerators, and differentiated technology offerings

Strategic Presales & Consulting

• Lead strategic technology conversations and consultative solutioning for key customer opportunities and large pursuits
• Partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to create differentiated technology proposals, transformation roadmaps, and modernization strategies
• Strengthen consulting-led engagement models and executive-level technology advisory capabilities
• Support development of reusable solution frameworks, AI-enabled accelerators, reference architectures, and modernization playbooks
• Translate complex technology concepts into clear business value for customer stakeholders

CXO & Customer Engagement

• Engage with customer CXOs, business leaders, and enterprise technology stakeholders on:
  • AI adoption
  • Digital transformation
  • Platform modernization
  • Engineering scalability
  • Cloud transformation
  • Technology strategy
• Act as a trusted technology advisor during strategic customer engagements and executive discussions
• Build customer confidence through strong executive presence, technology storytelling, and strategic advisory conversations
• Represent Clarion in executive customer meetings, strategic partnerships, and high-impact engagements

Engineering Advisory & Governance

• Guide engineering best practices, scalable architecture approaches, Agile maturity, and engineering governance across strategic programs
• Provide advisory support for critical customer initiatives, architecture reviews, and complex transformation programs
• Collaborate with Delivery, Architecture, and Practice teams to strengthen engineering quality, modernization initiatives, and delivery excellence
• Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and pragmatic technology decision-making across teams

Practice & Capability Evolution

• Support incubation of emerging technology capabilities aligned with market demand and future business needs
• Help strengthen Clarion's AI-enabled engineering capabilities and modernization practices
• Contribute to internal capability building, AI adoption initiatives, and engineering awareness programs
• Mentor architects, senior engineering leaders, and technology teams where required

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

• Represent Clarion in industry forums, customer roundtables, webinars, and strategic technology discussions
• Contribute to Clarion's market positioning through thought leadership, technology storytelling, and AI transformation narratives
• Stay closely connected to emerging technology trends, engineering practices, and evolving customer expectations

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in digital engineering, software consulting, technology services, or IT services organizations
• Strong experience in customer-facing technology leadership, strategic presales, and consultative solutioning
• Proven ability to engage with CXOs, enterprise stakeholders, and global customers
• Strong understanding of:
