Job Summary

Andor Tech is seeking a visionary and experienced technology leader to shape the future of our AI-enabled digital solutions. This role requires a leader with technological vision, leadership with teams and stakeholders, and demonstrated capability in building complex engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling technology platforms and engineering teams, particularly within industrial automation, digital platforms, SaaS, or IoT. Expertise in AI/ML, cloud computing, and modern architectures is essential, coupled with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.

• Experience: 20+ years in technology leadership roles.
• Key Technologies: AI/ML, cloud computing, modern architectures, digital platforms, SaaS, IoT.
• Domain Expertise: Industrial automation (strongly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/PhD is a plus).
• Skills: Strategic thinking, system architecture, exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Technology Strategy & Innovation

• Define and execute the technology vision and long-term roadmap.
• Drive innovation across AI, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Identify and integrate new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Product Development & Engineering

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Partner with product teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.

Leadership & Execution

• Build and lead high-performing engineering and R&D teams.
• Establish a strong culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Align technology delivery with business strategy and growth goals.

Partnerships & Ecosystem

• Develop relationships with technology partners and service providers.
• Drive collaboration, co-creation, and innovation across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 20+ years in technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling technology platforms and engineering teams.
• Strong background in:
  • Industrial automation (strongly preferred)
  • Digital platforms / SaaS / IoT
• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/PhD is a plus).
