Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The CTO will be responsible for driving Neuralix.ais growth and execution in India. This role demands a unique blend of technical depth, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee AI product development, defense program execution, industrial deployments, investor relations, and cross-border collaboration with our global teams.

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with prior startup experience preferred.
• 7+ years in AI/ML product development, defense technology, or industrial digital transformation.
• Technical degree (Engineering/Computer Science/Physics); Masters/PhD preferred.

• Provide strong leadership to position Neuralix.ai as the go-to AI partner for Defense, Manufacturing, and Energy sectors in India.
• Oversee daily operations, including product development, customer delivery, compliance, and financial governance.
• Build and scale high-performing cross-functional teams (engineering, business ops, BD, and program management).
• Represent Neuralix.ai with government agencies (MoD, DRDO, iDEX, PSU), enterprise partners, and investors.
• Drive end-to-end AI product development life cycle: data integration, model development, validation, deployment, and scaling.
• Ensure physics-informed, real-time, and ROI-driven solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Oversee defense AI projects (e.g., iDEX ADITI, AI-as-a-Service, Fiber-optic sensing, R&D in Generative AI)
• Oversee industrial deployments: water midstream OS, industrial analytics, ESP equipment and run life optimization, and BESS programs.
• Collaborate with U.S. and global R&D teams for cutting-edge innovations in Time Series Data Mining, Prognostic Health Management, and Digital Twins.
• Develop long-term partnerships with defense stakeholders, oil & gas majors, steel manufacturers, utilities, and EPC companies.
