Chief Security Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure the overall security of the plant, personnel, and assets by implementing effective security measures.
• Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize damage in case of an emergency or security breach.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents and prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security protocols.

Job Requirements :

• 20-30 years of experience in industrial security or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plant security best practices and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective incident response plans.
• Experience working with local law enforcement agencies on investigations.
